Kessler Park is a neighborhood in Dallas, Texas with a rich history. The area was first settled in the 1860s by German immigrant August Kessler, who established a successful farm on the land. In the early 20th century, Kessler Park became a popular destination for wealthy Dallasites looking to build summer homes. The area boomed in the 1920s, as a number of large estates were built along the picturesque bluffs overlooking the Trinity River. The area is known for its beautiful parks and tree-lined streets as well as it's Bishop Arts district, with small boutique stores and shops.
